Vendor Information

Are you a craft enthusiast or a fine artist?

We are currently interviewing vendors to participate in our fair. Space is limited; therefore, we are selecting artisans that reflect a natural, hand-crafted style complementing the philosophy of our school. If you are interested in exhibiting, please see the points outlined below.

  • Please supply either a web link or digital images of your work to lindsyrichards@mac.com. We will notify you of our selection within two days of receiving your material.
  • If selected, you will need to provide a mailing address. Upon receipt, registration forms will be mailed to you.
  • Booth spaces are $20 for an 8' x 8' plot. Vendors must supply their own tables, chairs, etc. Booth spaces can be split; however, both vendors will need to supply material for review. Upon selection, we ask that one vendor become the primary contact.
  • In addition to booth space, all vendors will have the opportunity to advertise on our website.
  • Fees are not refundable, unless the event is canceled. In the event of rain, the fair will be canceled. (Vendors will be notified by 8 am on the morning of the event.)
  • As our school is a non-profit entity, vendors are invited to contribute items to the school for fund-raising purposes (e.g. raffle, silent auction).
  • Vendors are expected to comply with state & federal tax and other relevant regulations.
